1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using FarmHub, you agree to follow these Terms and the applicable FarmHub policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. About FarmHub
FarmHub is an online agricultural marketplace designed to connect participating Farmers and Traders. The platform supports product listings, wholesale-oriented orders, Farmer-Trader communication, ratings and reviews, market-price references, analytics, and Association administration where applicable.
Products are offered by participating Farmers. FarmHub provides the platform and related tools and is not the seller of every product listed.
3. Accounts and Registration
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and should keep their account details current. FarmHub supports Farmer and Trader accounts, with access determined by account type and approval status.
Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and should not share or improperly use another person's account. Do not include passwords in support requests or other user-submitted content.
4. Farmer Verification
Farmer accounts may require verification before full access is available. Farmers may be asked to submit proof documents for account review.
Authorized FarmHub Admin personnel review verification information. Approval may be denied or delayed when required information is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be verified. Submission of documents does not guarantee approval.
5. User Responsibilities
All users should provide truthful information, keep credentials secure, use FarmHub lawfully, communicate respectfully, and avoid misuse of FarmHub services.
Farmers are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, stock, location, minimum order quantity, and class or grade information where applicable, and should fulfill accepted orders appropriately. Traders are responsible for correct order information, compliance with minimum-order requirements, honest pickup or delivery coordination, and truthful feedback.
6. Product Listings
Farmers are responsible for the product listings they create. Listings may include a product name, category, description, price, unit, stock, minimum order quantity, location, class or grade, product images, and availability status.
FarmHub or authorized Admin personnel may moderate listings that violate platform rules. FarmHub does not independently guarantee the quality, condition, availability, or suitability of every listed product.
7. Product Class and Grade Information
Farmers may classify products using the class or grade options available in FarmHub. These labels help Traders understand a listing, but unless specifically identified otherwise, they should not be interpreted as government certification or official quality certification.
8. Market Price References and Forecasts
FarmHub may display PSA/OpenSTAT market-price information, Wholesale or Farmgate references where applicable, and machine-learning-generated price guides. These references and forecasts are informational estimates and are not guarantees of future prices or official PSA predictions.
Actual prices may differ by product, location, date, quality, supply, demand, and transaction terms. Farmers remain responsible for deciding their product prices, and Traders remain responsible for deciding whether to purchase.
9. Orders
Traders place orders through FarmHub subject to product availability and any applicable minimum order quantity. Farmers process orders through the FarmHub order workflow.
Order statuses may include Pending, Preparing, Ready, Completed, Rejected, or Cancelled according to the applicable workflow. Submitting an order does not guarantee fulfillment until the Farmer accepts or processes it where that behavior applies.
10. Pickup and Delivery
FarmHub supports coordination for pickup and delivery where those options are available. Farmers and Traders are responsible for agreeing on the applicable fulfillment arrangement, schedule, location, and related details.
FarmHub primarily provides the platform for coordination and does not represent that it independently provides logistics or delivery services for every order.
11. Association Transaction Fee
A 1% Association Transaction Fee may be added to qualifying Trader orders. The Trader shoulders the fee, which is shown separately from the product subtotal during checkout and collected for the FarmHub Association. The fee is not a tax.
Farmers may temporarily receive or collect this amount together with the order payment, but it is not treated as Farmer product-sales revenue. Applicable amounts may be recorded as payable by the Farmer to the Association. Authorized Admin personnel may track outstanding and paid Association fee records.
Orders created before the fee feature are not automatically treated as charged solely because this section exists.
12. Payments
FarmHub records order totals and supports payment coordination between the Trader and Farmer. The parties should confirm the payment method and timing through the available FarmHub order and messaging tools.
Unless a specific FarmHub feature states otherwise, FarmHub does not represent that it processes online card payments or guarantees payment, settlement, refunds, or a particular payment method.
13. Cancellations and Rejected Orders
Cancellation and rejection options depend on the order's current status and the controls available in FarmHub. An order may no longer be cancellable after it has progressed beyond the applicable cancellation stage.
FarmHub does not create refund rules that are not supported by the current system. Traders and Farmers should use the order record and communication tools to coordinate questions about a rejected or cancelled order.
14. Messaging and Communication
Farmers and Traders may communicate about legitimate FarmHub orders and products. Users are responsible for what they communicate and should keep messages accurate, relevant, and respectful.
Harassment, scams, spam, and other misuse are prohibited. Message attachments must comply with FarmHub's permitted file types, size limits, and validation requirements. FarmHub does not claim that messages are end-to-end encrypted.
15. Ratings and Reviews
Eligible Traders may submit product or order feedback according to FarmHub's rules. Reviews should reflect a genuine experience and must not be fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unrelated.
FarmHub or authorized Admin personnel may moderate inappropriate feedback where necessary. FarmHub does not promise that every review will always remain published.
16. Prohibited Activities
Users must not create false identities or accounts, submit false verification documents, manipulate orders or sales records, post misleading products or prices, attempt unauthorized access, access another user's private information, upload malicious files, misuse messaging, manipulate ratings or reviews, interfere with FarmHub operations, bypass account or role restrictions, or use FarmHub for unlawful activity.
17. Account Restrictions and Suspension
FarmHub may reject, restrict, suspend, or deactivate access when reasonably necessary because of verification problems, policy violations, misuse, security concerns, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Account access may also be affected by the account's approval or status. Users should contact FarmHub through the public Contact page when they need help understanding an account restriction.
18. Platform Availability
FarmHub aims to provide reliable access, but availability may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, network conditions, hosting or database problems, or events outside FarmHub's reasonable control. Features and workflows may change as the platform develops.
FarmHub does not guarantee uninterrupted service or 100% uptime.
19. Third-Party Services
FarmHub may rely on third-party infrastructure and information services needed to operate the platform, including Microsoft Azure hosting and PSA/OpenSTAT market-price information.
References to third-party services do not mean that those providers endorse FarmHub or guarantee FarmHub's content, products, forecasts, or transactions.
20. FarmHub Content and Intellectual Property
FarmHub's branding, design, software, and original platform materials should not be copied, modified, distributed, or misused without permission.
Farmers remain responsible for product images and other content they upload and should use only content they are permitted to provide.
21. User-Submitted Content
User-submitted content may include product images, descriptions, messages and attachments, ratings and reviews, and profile or farm information. Users remain responsible for that content.
Users should not submit content that infringes another person's rights, is unlawful, malicious, deceptive, or violates privacy. FarmHub may display or process submitted content as needed to operate marketplace features and may restrict content that violates these Terms.
22. Privacy
FarmHub's handling of personal information is explained in the Privacy Notice. Please review that notice for information about collection, use, access, protection, and privacy requests.
23. Marketplace and Information Disclaimer
FarmHub facilitates Farmer-Trader marketplace activity. Product information is provided largely by Farmers, while market-price references and forecasts are informational. FarmHub cannot guarantee every listing, forecast, availability, product condition, or transaction outcome.
Users should review listing details, communicate about order terms, and make decisions based on their own reasonable judgment.
24. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FarmHub is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user-provided information, arrangements made outside FarmHub, misuse by users, temporary technical interruptions, or reliance solely on market-price estimates or forecasts.
This section is intended to describe the platform's role and is not legal advice or an absolute exclusion of responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
25. Changes to These Terms
FarmHub may update these Terms as features, workflows, or requirements change. The latest version and update date will be posted on this page. Continued use of FarmHub after an update may be subject to the revised Terms.
26. Applicable Rules
FarmHub operates in the Philippines, and these Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable Philippine laws and regulations. This page provides general platform terms and is not legal advice.

10. Pickup at Delivery
14. Pagmemensahe at Komunikasyon

23. Marketplace at Information Disclaimer
