1. About This Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice applies to the FarmHub website and its marketplace features. FarmHub handles personal information with consideration for applicable Philippine data privacy requirements, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

It is intended to describe the current FarmHub system in clear terms. It does not create unsupported legal guarantees or replace rights and obligations provided by applicable law.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use FarmHub, the system may process:

• Account information: full name, email address, contact number, address, account type, account status, and registration details.
• Farmer information: farm or shop name, farm description, farm location, profile image, and verification or proof documents.
• Marketplace information: product listings, product and profile images, product location, product class or grade where used, price, stock, unit, and minimum order quantity.
• Transaction information: orders, order items, quantities, prices, delivery option, delivery address, order notes, order status, and association transaction-fee records.
• Communication information: messages between Farmers and Traders and message attachments.
• Feedback information: ratings, reviews, comments, and the related product and order information.
• Technical and session information: essential session information used to maintain login state, role access, and required application state.

Passwords are used for authentication but are not intended to be displayed as readable information. FarmHub does not claim to collect GPS location, advertising profiles, biometric data, or payment-card details unless a future feature specifically introduces them.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Create and maintain FarmHub accounts.
• Review Farmer and Trader registration requests and support account verification.
• Allow Farmers to list products and manage availability, pricing, and stock.
• Allow approved Traders to browse products and place orders.
• Process and manage orders, delivery coordination, order status, and related records.
• Support authorized Farmer-Trader messages and order-specific communication.
• Display ratings and reviews where the current marketplace view makes them available.
• Provide authorized analytics, market-price references, and forecasting features.
• Calculate and track Association transaction-fee records separately from Farmer product revenue.
• Protect accounts, validate submissions, investigate issues, and operate and improve FarmHub.

Saved PSA/OpenSTAT market-price information is reference and market data. It is not personal information belonging to FarmHub users.

4. Farmer Verification Documents

Farmers may submit proof documents during registration or account review. These documents are used for verification and administrative purposes and are not intended for public display.

Access to verification information is restricted to authorized Admin personnel through protected account-management functions. FarmHub does not describe or publish private document locations on this page.

5. Information Visible on FarmHub

Public visitors may see available product information such as product name, category, product image, grade where provided, price, unit, stock-related information, minimum order quantity, location, and marketplace ratings or reviews displayed by the public product pages. Public visitors are not intended to see private verification documents.

Approved Traders may see information needed to browse, purchase, and coordinate orders, including relevant Farmer and product details.

Farmers may see Trader and order information required to fulfill their own orders and communicate about them.

Authorized Admin personnel may access information needed for verification, moderation, analytics, Association fee management, and platform administration.

6. Orders and Association Transaction Fees

FarmHub stores transaction records needed to calculate and track the 1% Association Transaction Fee. The fee is paid by the Trader and recorded separately from the Farmer's product revenue.

Authorized Admin personnel may view fee balances and payment or remittance status. Farmers may view their own applicable Association fee records. A Farmer is not given access to another Farmer's fee records through the intended application views.

7. Messages and Attachments

Farmers and Traders may communicate about valid marketplace orders. Messages are stored as part of the platform, and users may send supported attachments subject to application validation.

Conversation access is limited by participant and order authorization rules. Message attachments are served through protected access checks; FarmHub does not claim that messages are end-to-end encrypted.

8. Ratings and Reviews

Traders may submit feedback for eligible completed purchases. Ratings and comments may be shown with products where the current system makes them visible, together with the associated marketplace feedback information. Public product views may show a partially masked reviewer name for privacy; these reviews are not presented as fully anonymous.

9. How Information Is Shared

FarmHub shares information only as needed for marketplace operation and authorized use. Depending on the feature, recipients may include the Farmer or Trader involved in a transaction, authorized Admin personnel, and infrastructure or service providers needed to operate FarmHub.

FarmHub is hosted using Microsoft Azure infrastructure for deployed environments. FarmHub does not sell users' personal information as part of its marketplace operation.

10. How We Protect Information

FarmHub uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include password hashing, role-based access checks, session-based authorization, server-side validation, parameterized database operations, restricted verification-document access, protected message attachments, and upload validation.

Hosted environments are intended to use HTTPS, and application error handling is designed to present general user-facing messages rather than raw exception details. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Password and Account Security

FarmHub stores passwords using secure hashing rather than readable plaintext. Users should keep their login credentials confidential and should notify the FarmHub administrator if they believe an account has been misused.

Approved Farmers can change their password from the Farmer Profile page after providing their current password. Self-service Forgot Password recovery is not described here as an active FarmHub feature.

12. Data Retention

FarmHub retains personal and transaction information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts, maintain transaction history, support security and administrative requirements, and meet applicable obligations.

Certain order, fee, message, feedback, and security records may need to remain after normal account use ends. FarmHub does not promise immediate deletion of every transaction or security record.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Subject to applicable Philippine privacy law and legitimate operational requirements, you may have the right to:

• Be informed about how your information is processed.
• Request access to personal information held about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Raise a privacy concern or complaint.
• Request deletion or erasure where legally and operationally applicable.
• Object to certain processing where applicable.

These rights may be subject to verification, lawful exceptions, and the need to retain legitimate transaction or security records.

14. Privacy and Account Requests

For access, correction, account, privacy questions, eligible deletion requests, or privacy complaints, contact FarmHub through the official contact details on the Contact page.

FarmHub currently uses the public project contact information shown there. A dedicated privacy contact may be configured later without changing the principles in this notice.

15. Cookies and Sessions

FarmHub uses essential session state to maintain logged-in sessions, identify the current account for protected pages, enforce role access, and preserve required application state. This notice does not claim the use of advertising cookies or behavioral tracking.

16. Service Providers

FarmHub may rely on infrastructure and service providers needed to run the application. Microsoft Azure is used as hosting and database infrastructure for deployed environments. FarmHub does not currently describe Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising networks, or similar services as part of its system.

17. Changes to This Privacy Notice

FarmHub may update this notice when features, data handling, or privacy practices change. The latest update date will appear near the top of this page. Users should review the notice from time to time.

Ang Paunawang ito ay para sa website ng FarmHub at sa mga marketplace feature nito. Pinoproseso ng FarmHub ang personal na impormasyon nang isinasaalang-alang ang mga naaangkop na kinakailangan sa privacy ng Pilipinas, kabilang ang Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Layunin nitong ipaliwanag nang malinaw ang kasalukuyang sistema ng FarmHub. Hindi ito nagbibigay ng mga legal na garantiya na hindi naman sinusuportahan ng sistema at hindi nito pinapalitan ang mga karapatan at obligasyong itinakda ng naaangkop na batas.

2. Impormasyong Kinokolekta Namin

Depende sa paggamit mo ng FarmHub, maaaring iproseso ng sistema ang mga sumusunod:

• Impormasyon ng Account: buong pangalan, email address, contact number, address, uri ng account, status ng account, at mga detalye sa pagpaparehistro.
• Impormasyon ng Farmer: pangalan ng farm o shop, paglalarawan ng farm, lokasyon ng farm, profile image, at mga dokumento para sa beripikasyon o proof documents.
• Impormasyon sa Marketplace: product listings, product at profile images, lokasyon ng produkto, product class o grade kung ginagamit, presyo, stock, unit, at minimum order quantity.
• Impormasyon ng Transaksyon: orders, order items, dami, presyo, delivery option, delivery address, order notes, status ng order, at mga record ng Association transaction fee.
• Impormasyon ng Komunikasyon: mga mensahe sa pagitan ng Farmers at Traders at mga attachment ng mensahe.
• Impormasyon ng Feedback: ratings, reviews, comments, at kaugnay na impormasyon ng produkto at order.
• Technical at Session Information: mahalagang session information para mapanatili ang login state, role access, at kinakailangang application state.

Ginagamit ang passwords para sa authentication ngunit hindi ito dapat ipakita bilang nababasang impormasyon. Hindi sinasabi ng FarmHub na nangongolekta ito ng GPS location, advertising profiles, biometric data, o payment-card details maliban kung may future feature na partikular na magpapakilala nito.

3. Paano Namin Ginagamit ang Iyong Impormasyon

• Gumawa at magpanatili ng FarmHub accounts.
• Suriin ang registration requests ng Farmers at Traders at suportahan ang account verification.
• Payagan ang Farmers na mag-list ng products at pamahalaan ang availability, pricing, at stock.
• Payagan ang approved Traders na mag-browse ng products at maglagay ng orders.
• Iproseso at pamahalaan ang orders, delivery coordination, order status, at kaugnay na records.
• Suportahan ang authorized Farmer-Trader messages at order-specific communication.
• Ipakita ang ratings at reviews kung ginagawa itong available ng kasalukuyang marketplace view.
• Magbigay ng authorized analytics, market-price references, at forecasting features.
• Kalkulahin at subaybayan ang Association transaction-fee records nang hiwalay sa Farmer product revenue.
• Protektahan ang accounts, i-validate ang submissions, magsiyasat ng mga isyu, at patakbuhin at pagandahin ang FarmHub.

Ang naka-save na PSA/OpenSTAT market-price information ay reference at market data. Hindi ito personal na impormasyon ng mga user ng FarmHub.

4. Mga Dokumento para sa Beripikasyon ng Farmer

Maaaring magsumite ang Farmers ng proof documents sa registration o account review. Ginagamit ang mga dokumentong ito para sa verification at administrative purposes at hindi para sa public display.

Ang access sa verification information ay nililimitahan sa authorized Admin personnel sa pamamagitan ng protected account-management functions. Hindi inilalarawan o inilalathala ng FarmHub sa pahinang ito ang mga pribadong lokasyon ng dokumento.

5. Impormasyong Makikita sa FarmHub

Public visitors ay maaaring makakita ng available product information gaya ng product name, category, product image, grade kung mayroon, presyo, unit, impormasyong may kaugnayan sa stock, minimum order quantity, lokasyon, at marketplace ratings o reviews na ipinapakita ng public product pages. Hindi dapat makita ng public visitors ang pribadong verification documents.

Approved Traders ay maaaring makakita ng impormasyong kailangan para mag-browse, bumili, at mag-coordinate ng orders, kabilang ang kaugnay na Farmer at product details.

Farmers ay maaaring makakita ng Trader at order information na kailangan para tuparin ang sarili nilang orders at makipag-ugnayan tungkol dito.

Authorized Admin personnel ay maaaring magkaroon ng access sa impormasyong kailangan para sa verification, moderation, analytics, Association fee management, at platform administration.

6. Mga Order at Bayad sa Transaksyon ng Asosasyon

Nagtatago ang FarmHub ng transaction records na kailangan para kalkulahin at subaybayan ang 1% Association Transaction Fee. Binabayaran ito ng Trader at itinatala nang hiwalay sa product revenue ng Farmer.

Maaaring makita ng authorized Admin personnel ang fee balances at payment o remittance status. Maaaring makita ng Farmers ang sarili nilang naaangkop na Association fee records. Hindi binibigyan ang isang Farmer ng access sa fee records ng ibang Farmer sa mga itinakdang application view.

7. Mga Mensahe at Attachment

Maaaring mag-usap ang Farmers at Traders tungkol sa mga lehitimong marketplace orders. Naka-store ang mga mensahe bilang bahagi ng platform, at maaaring magpadala ang users ng supported attachments na sasailalim sa application validation.

Nililimitahan ang access sa conversation batay sa participant at order authorization rules. Inihahatid ang message attachments sa pamamagitan ng protected access checks; hindi sinasabi ng FarmHub na end-to-end encrypted ang mga mensahe.

8. Mga Rating at Review

Maaaring magsumite ang Traders ng feedback para sa eligible completed purchases. Maaaring ipakita ang ratings at comments kasama ng mga produkto kung ginagawa itong available ng kasalukuyang sistema, pati ang kaugnay na marketplace feedback information. Maaaring magpakita ang public product views ng bahagyang naka-mask na pangalan ng reviewer para sa privacy; hindi itinuturing na fully anonymous ang mga review na ito.

9. Paano Ibinabahagi ang Impormasyon

Ibinabahagi ng FarmHub ang impormasyon kung kailangan lamang para sa marketplace operation at authorized use. Depende sa feature, maaaring kabilang sa recipients ang Farmer o Trader na kasali sa transaction, authorized Admin personnel, at infrastructure o service providers na kailangan upang patakbuhin ang FarmHub.

Ginagamit ng FarmHub ang Microsoft Azure infrastructure para sa mga deployed environment. Hindi ibinibenta ng FarmHub ang personal na impormasyon ng users bilang bahagi ng marketplace operation nito.

10. Paano Namin Pinoprotektahan ang Impormasyon

Gumagamit ang FarmHub ng technical at organizational safeguards na idinisenyo upang protektahan ang impormasyon. Kabilang dito ang password hashing, role-based access checks, session-based authorization, server-side validation, parameterized database operations, restricted verification-document access, protected message attachments, at upload validation.

Inaasahang gumagamit ng HTTPS ang hosted environments, at idinisenyo ang application error handling upang magpakita ng pangkalahatang user-facing messages sa halip na raw exception details. Walang online system na maaaring garantiyahang ganap na secure.

11. Seguridad ng Password at Account

Ini-store ng FarmHub ang passwords gamit ang secure hashing sa halip na readable plaintext. Dapat panatilihing kumpidensyal ng users ang kanilang login credentials at ipaalam sa FarmHub administrator kung naniniwala silang nagamit sa maling paraan ang kanilang account.

Maaaring magpalit ng password ang approved Farmers mula sa Farmer Profile page pagkatapos ibigay ang kanilang kasalukuyang password. Hindi inilalarawan dito bilang aktibong feature ng FarmHub ang self-service Forgot Password recovery.

12. Pagpapanatili ng Datos

Pinananatili ng FarmHub ang personal at transaction information hangga't makatwirang kinakailangan upang patakbuhin ang accounts, panatilihin ang transaction history, suportahan ang security at administrative requirements, at matugunan ang naaangkop na obligations.

Maaaring kailangang manatili ang ilang order, fee, message, feedback, at security records kahit matapos ang karaniwang paggamit ng account. Hindi ipinapangako ng FarmHub ang agarang pagbura ng bawat transaction o security record.

13. Iyong mga Karapatan sa Privacy

Alinsunod sa naaangkop na privacy law sa Pilipinas at lehitimong operational requirements, maaaring mayroon kang karapatang:

• Malaman kung paano pinoproseso ang iyong impormasyon.
• Humiling ng access sa personal information na hawak tungkol sa iyo.
• Humiling ng pagwawasto sa mali o kulang na impormasyon.
• Maghain ng privacy concern o complaint.
• Humiling ng deletion o erasure kung naaangkop ayon sa batas at operasyon.
• Tumanggi sa ilang processing kung naaangkop.

Maaaring sumailalim ang mga karapatang ito sa verification, legal exceptions, at pangangailangang panatilihin ang lehitimong transaction o security records.

14. Mga Request tungkol sa Privacy at Account

Para sa access, correction, account concerns, privacy questions, eligible deletion requests, o privacy complaints, makipag-ugnayan sa FarmHub gamit ang official contact details sa Contact page.

Kasalukuyang ginagamit ng FarmHub ang public project contact information na makikita roon. Maaaring mag-configure ng dedicated privacy contact sa hinaharap nang hindi binabago ang mga prinsipyo ng paunawang ito.

15. Cookies at Sessions

Gumagamit ang FarmHub ng essential session state upang mapanatili ang logged-in sessions, matukoy ang kasalukuyang account para sa protected pages, maipatupad ang role access, at mapanatili ang kinakailangang application state. Hindi sinasabi ng paunawang ito na gumagamit ang FarmHub ng advertising cookies o behavioral tracking.

16. Mga Service Provider

Maaaring umasa ang FarmHub sa infrastructure at service providers na kailangan upang patakbuhin ang application. Ginagamit ang Microsoft Azure bilang hosting at database infrastructure para sa mga deployed environment. Maaaring i-update ng FarmHub ang paunawang ito kapag nagbago ang features, data handling, o privacy practices. Makikita ang petsa ng pinakabagong update sa itaas ng pahinang ito. Dapat paminsan-minsang basahin muli ng users ang paunawa.
